$108m funding agreed for industrial skills development [Ghana]

The African Development Bank (AfDB) has agreed to finance a new
‘skills for industry’ project run by the Ghanaian government. The
agreement covers a $38 million grant and $70million loan provided
by the AfDB, which will be used to fund intermediate technical and
vocational training courses, and to improve governance.
