Responding to a new report by The Social Market Foundation report,
‘Britain’s Got
Talent: Unlocking the demand for skills', Leon Clarke,
Head of the City & Guilds Centre for Skills Development (CSD)
said: "At CSD, we have long argued that training providers have a
vital contribution to make to the development of a demand-led
skills system and that they are best placed to understand local
employers needs.'
